Zar Wash — Independent Contractor Agreement

1. ROLE: You are an independent contractor of Zar Wash, not an employee. You provide car washing services to customers booked via the Zar Wash platform.

2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT: Maintain professional behaviour at all times. Be punctual. Any damage to customer vehicles will be deducted from your security deposit.

3. STRICTLY NO CASH: You must NEVER request or accept cash directly from customers. All payments go through Zar Wash only. Cash fraud = immediate permanent termination + legal action.

4. GPS & PHOTO COMPLIANCE: GPS must be active during all jobs. Before and after wash photos are mandatory. Non-compliance voids your payment for that job automatically.

5. OTP RULE: You must collect the 4-digit OTP from the customer to mark any job complete. Marking complete without a valid OTP is grounds for permanent account suspension.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of ₹500 is held in your Zar Wash wallet. It covers verified complaints of damage or theft. Fully returned on exit in good standing.

7. CUSTOMER PRIVACY: The full customer address is revealed only 30 minutes before job start. You must not contact customers outside the app. Violation = permanent ban.

8. RATINGS: Maintain a minimum 3.5-star rating. Falling below this triggers automatic suspension pending admin review.

9. EARNINGS: Held for 24 hours after job completion, pending customer confirmation. Transferred to your bank weekly.

10. TERMINATION: Zar Wash may terminate this agreement immediately for fraud, violence, harassment, theft, or repeated poor performance, with no prior notice required.
